Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in all our dealings. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations.
Fees Payable
Student Visa Process:
- We may or may not charge a processing fee for student visa applications. If a fee is charged, it will be clearly communicated to you before the process begins.
- Any additional costs related to the visa process, such as government lodging fees, medical tests, police verification, or document translation, are not included in our fees and must be borne by the client.
Work Visa Process:
- For work visa applications, we charge a processing fee, which will be communicated to you in advance.
- Our fees do not include external costs such as government fees, medical checks, police clearance, or other third-party expenses.
Refund Policy
Student Visa Process:
- If we charge a processing fee for the student visa application, refunds will only be considered in cases where the service has not been initiated or if there is a proven error on our part.
- No refund will be provided in case of visa rejection by the embassy or consulate, as the decision rests solely with the immigration authorities.
Work Visa Process:
- Refunds for work visa processing fees will only be considered if the service has not been initiated or if there is a proven error on our part.
- No refund will be provided in case of visa rejection by the embassy or consulate, as the decision is beyond our control.
- Refunds will not be applicable if the client fails to provide the required documents, misses deadlines, or does not attend scheduled interviews.
Third-Party Costs:
- Any fees paid to third parties (e.g., government agencies, medical centers, or translation services) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request a cancellation of services at any time. However, the following conditions apply:
- If the service has already been initiated, no refund will be provided for the processing fee.
- If the service has not been initiated, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info [at] poornadavalaya.com. The request will be reviewed, and the client will be informed of the decision within 7 business days.
Important Notes
No Refund for Embassy Rejections:
- Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the embassy or consulate. We cannot influence their decision, and no refunds will be provided in case of rejection.
Client Responsibilities:
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete documentation, attend scheduled interviews, and comply with all requirements of the visa process.
- Refunds will not be considered if the client’s negligence or non-compliance leads to visa rejection or delays.
Genuine Complaints Only:
- We are committed to addressing genuine complaints regarding our services. However, complaints arising from the client’s own negligence, misunderstanding, or failure to fulfill their responsibilities will not be entertained.

Prohibited Actions
Clients agree not to engage in any actions that may harm the reputation of Poornadavalaya Study Abroad, including but not limited to:
- Posting defamatory content on social media or review platforms.
- Using media or third-party websites to tarnish the company’s image.
We reserve the right to take legal action against any such activities.
